•   Level 1 ($3,500-$5,000):    $200 Gift Card/or check

•   Level 2 ($5,000-$10,000):  $300 Gift Card /or check

•   Level 3 ($10,000 plus):       $400 Gift Card /or check

•   Level 4 ($25,000 plus):       $500 Gift Card /or check
